Dimitra Beach Hotel & Suites, Agios Fokas (Kos)

The hotel offers a mix of great and not-so-great features. The rooms didn't match the overall hotel vibe, but the pools, especially the swim-up bar pool, were excellent. However, for my family, the atmosphere was a bit too quiet, with no music and just people reading by the pool. The location is convenient, close to Kos Town and has its own beach, but getting to the food areas involves some walking and stairs. The rooms didn't meet the standards described on the website, and the fixtures varied more than expected.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great aspects. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for two people, making it a cozy space. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom area with lots of ants making an appearance. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated between the pool and the main Flavours restaurant, offering convenience without too much climbing. The evening entertainment was lacking, with only occasional highlights like the DJ nights. The dining experience was varied, with changing choices every few days, but some items were not up to par in terms of temperature. The service from the staff was friendly and apologetic when needed, with Walter at the restaurant standing out for his helpfulness.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room had an amazing sea view, was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right on the beach, and the dining options were delicious, although a little limited. The facilities, especially the pool area, were well-maintained and enjoyable.
